• What is ROK Radio?

  ROK Radio is an application that you can download and install on your Mobile that allows you to listen to Radio Stations on your mobile

• Will ROK Radio work on my model of Mobile?

  If you have a compatible phone and have your telephone service provided by O2 contract, Vodafone, T-Mobile or Orange then ROK Radio will work. See a list of compatible mobiles

• Does it matter which country I am in?

  Yes it does. Currently ROK Radio is compatible in the United Kingdom. ROK Radio will soon be available in other countries so stay tuned to the website for more information.

• How much does ROK Radio cost?

  ROK TV has 2 flexible packages. Get ROK TV for 99p per channel, per month. Or get all channels for £9.99 per month and get the first 2 Months free. Extra Premium Channels can be added for an additional cost. Box office events can also be paid for on a pay-per-view basis. ROK TV does not include the charges by your network operator.

  If you do not have a data bundle (pay for your data usage in advance)
  ROK Radio recommend you contact your network provider to arrange this and/or check the data tariff you are currently on so you are aware of the data costs your network provider will charge.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  ROK Radio has no mimimum contract term so you are free to cancel your ROK Radio service at any time. To cancel your service, login to ROK Radio and then input your username and password. Once logged in. click on the Cancel Your Subscription Link found at the bottom of the page. After your two months period, you will be automatically billed via the paypal account that you setup upon registering your details.

• Where do I download ROK Radio?

  ROK Radio can be downloaded straight from this website. There are two methods for downloading, either to your PC so that you can transfer ROK Radio to your Mobile at your own leisure, or we can send you a WAP push so you can download the application direct to your Mobile! Downloading via WAP is subject to your Model of Mobile.

• OK I have ROK Radio on my computer, now what?

  If you have decided to download ROK Radio to your PC then, depending on your Mobile type, you will get 1 or 3 .sis files stored in a .zip file. You must send the .sis files to your phone in the correct numerical order.

  Your mobile will be able to connect to your computer in a variety of ways, either the data cable, Bluetooth or infra red. For more information on how to do this, contact your Mobile Network Provider, Handset Manufacturer or User Manual.

• My phone says that I have no connection via GRPS, what does this mean?

  Each model of mobile and Network require different settings. You must setup your phone for GPRS. contact your Mobile Network for more information about Networks and their settings.

• I have setup a user account. How do I listen to Radio?

  Follow the instructions on your ROK Radio email that was sent when you setup your account. If you have any problems log in to ROK Radio. Once logged in, select the troubleshooting link from the bottom of the page and follow the on screen setup wizard.

• I have forgotten my password.

  ROK Radio will re-send your password direct to the e-mail address that you originally registered with. To do this, visit our forgotten password service.
